Q. Can my encrypted messages be viewed on a desktop computer?
Technically yes, but all viewers will see is a bunch of scrambled characters. Because eCrypt for BlackBerry® smartphones is a true end-to-end and stand alone solution, only yours and your recipient’s smartphones can decrypt the secured messages.
Q. What is a Private Tunnel?
We use the term Private Tunnel to refer to the encrypted communication channel you establish with each contact.
Q. How is it Private?
A. It is Private because: messages sent via the Tunnel are secured against prying eyes; each Private Tunnel is unique from contact to contact; the software is true end-to-end and stand alone, so no IT Administrators, encryption servers, or secure service providers get in between you and your contact – we don’t either!
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
